In this report, we explore how innovators, educators and researchers identify teachers’ jobs to be done (JTBD).
A ‘job to be done’ is the underlying desire a customer has that causes them to hire a product or service. A clear understanding of teachers’ jobs to be done supports EdTech providers entering the Irish K-12 market space.
