The project will create a modular training program for both student-teachers and experienced educators, delivered through an interactive digital platform that offers badges and continuous monitoring. The goal is to equip teachers across Europe, including those from underrepresented groups, with essential AI skills to enhance teaching and learning. The project involves partners from 8 European countries, including universities, training organizations, and Edtech companies.

The project’s specific objectives are to:

  • SO1: Strengthen transnational cooperation, competencies of partners, exchange of knowledge and promote educational organisation development. Also, harness expertise for joint learning and best practice exchange. Engage directly with numerous educational leaders, policymakers, and practitioners
  • SO2: Develop an Academy offering evidence-based pedagogical strategies and integrating AI in educational practices.
  • SO3: Build upon existing frameworks and incorporate AI literacy and competencies.
  • SO4: Develop via a participatory approach and test a training program using physical, blended, and online micro-learning approaches, adopting UDL principles to ensure accessibility for different learners.
  • SO5: Create a digital learning platform and AI digital library.
  • SO6: Deliver training in various formats (physical, blended, virtual), cater to diverse learning preferences
  • SO7: Organise networking events and mobility actions to promote knowledge exchange.
  • SO8: Use a mixed-method approach for evaluation, produce a white paper on methodology and outcomes.
  • SO9: Dissemination through activities, publication of scientific papers, policy briefs, and use of the digital platform. Development of a network among educational stakeholders.
