Ilse White | Learnovate
Ilse is a Corporate Learning Researcher with Learnovate since February 2021. Prior to Learnovate she spent 15 years working on the People Development team in Google where she gained extensive experience in learning design, learning strategy & program management as well as technology-enhanced learning across a wide range of topics like onboarding and management/leadership development. She cares about delivering great learning experiences and has a strong client focus.
Ilse holds an MSc in Business Communication from Radboud University Nijmegen (Netherlands) and a Graduate Diploma in Education & eLearning from Dublin City University (DCU) and is currently considering her next educational focus, possibly psychology or organisational development.
Originally from a small town in the Netherlands she has made Dublin’s northside her home for the past 16 years, where she lives with her husband and 3 children. If she had any spare time, she would be walking and cycling all around the country and writing children’s books.
Frank O’Reilly | Learnovate
Frank joined the Learnovate team with over 20 years experience in corporate learning and development, project management and business analysis. He has worked in a range of industries both in Ireland and France for companies as diverse as Arjo Wiggins Teape, Pizza Hut and Burberry. Most recently, he worked on learning and development projects for Detica, an IT software company, and the Health Research Board, the state body that oversees health research in Ireland.
In 2011, Frank completed an MSc in Knowledge Management and has a passion for helping organisations achieve their goals by implementing innovative learning and development solutions.
Criona Turley | Capella
With a background in office design and a passion for wellbeing in the workplace, Criona runs Capella Workplace Solutions which supports employers in ensuring their staff have the optimum set up while working from home.
Capella are experts in employee engagement and have partnered with many organisations in the last year to deliver technology solutions around ergonomic training and wellness at home, as well as the seamless return to the office.
Criona holds a qualification in Health & Safety in the Workplace, is a mentor in the Smurfit Business School and has studied at UCD, TU Dublin and Harvard University.
Michelle Fogarty | PepTalk
Michelle is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Degree in HR & Accounting, a diploma in Spinal Maintenance, NCEF and a number of other qualifications.
She is a former international athlete and has over 15 years’ experience leading top-tier organisations from a human capital perspective, including supporting a number of high-profile start-ups such as Twitter, Blizzard Entertainment, B&Q (Kingfisher Group) & Tyco/Johnson Controls.
Michelle is the co-founder and COO of the award-winning workplace culture and wellbeing action platform – PepTalk, is also a founding board member of SERI (national social enterprise representative body for Ireland).
