US-based APPLY Synergies become Patron members of Learnovate

The Learnovate Centre is delighted to announce APPLY Synergies as a new Patron Member of the global research and innovation centre in learning technologies.

Learnovate, an industry-led technology centre funded by Enterprise Ireland, provides thought leadership to the world’s learning and development community on the innovative use of learning technology. Based at Trinity College Dublin, it empowers organisations through the exploration and application of transformative technology solutions.

APPLY Synergies is the latest company to join Learnovate’s list of Patrons. This is the highest form of Learnovate membership and Patron members sit on the organisation’s Thought Leaders’ Circle and participate in its Research Working Groups.

APPLY Synergies was founded in Utah in 2014 by Bob Mosher and Dr. Conrad Gottfredson. Bob Mosher is seen as a pioneer worldwide for his work on learning technologies over a period of 38 years. The company has 15 staff members stretching from Hawaii to Greece.

The company helps learning professionals design, develop and measure effective learning and performance support through its 5 Moments of Need design methodology. It is currently developing an academy programme to help instruction designers learn its methodology. It already has an academy in the Netherlands and is expanding in the next 12 months into Germany and the UK.
