Moving Towards More Authentic Learning Experiences – Use Case: My tGROW Coach – A custom Generative AI Coachbot

For this case study, Learnovate created a custom AI coach bot called My tGROW coach. A custom ChatGPT that is built to coach people according to the principles of the tGROW model, a widely used coaching model in professional coaching. The purpose of our  experiment was to explore some of the challenges of creating a custom coach bot using readily available ‘off-the-shelf’ Generative AI technologies, and to identify any aspects for future research and development. We chose the option to create a custom GPT, which is a feature of the ChatGPT 4 model.
