Moving Towards More Authentic Learning Experiences – Use Case: Learning Support Chatbot

The purpose of this Use Case was to explore the effectiveness of Generative AI as a tool for supporting learning. More specifically, it looks at how Generative AI might be used to support a cohort of university students with some typical tasks - for example, using the university’s library.

The experiment was conducted in September 2024 and used the ChatGPT AI web version with a Team subscription account.
