Siobhan is Founder and Chief Product Officer of Diotima, a Trinity College Dublin spinout building AI-powered formative assessment for professional and corporate education. Backed by Enterprise Ireland and the Learnovate Centre, Diotima helps trainers create curriculum-aligned questions, rubrics and feedback, with every AI output approved by a human before it reaches a learner.

Diotima is now expanding into professional certification and CPD, where assessment quality and regulatory trust matter most. A former teacher turned founder, Siobhan leads product strategy with compliance built in. Her interests include responsible AI, AI governance and EU AI Act compliance.
