Siobhan Hanrahan is an enterprise AI and workforce transformation leader with over 20 years of experience spanning global organisations including eBay and Apple. She chairs the Thought Leaders Circle at Trinity Learnovate, leading executive conversations on AI deployment, governance, and measurable return on investment.

Her practice is grounded in a core provocation: AI doesn’t transform organisations redesigning how work gets done, does. Siobhan’s approach connects strategy, workflow architecture, and capability building in sequence, ensuring that AI adoption is purposeful rather than reactive.
