Dr Martyn Farrows

Dr. Martyn Farrows is an accomplished Irish technology leader with over twenty-five years of experience spanning corporate development, educational technology, artificial intelligence, tech innovation and data privacy. 

He is most notably recognized for his ten-year tenure at SoapBox Labs, a pioneering AI speech recognition company, where he served as Chief Operations Officer before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Under his guidance, the company successfully scaled its technology globally before being acquired by Curriculum Associates in November 2023.

Holding a PhD from the University of Limerick, Martyn is a Director and Board member at iScoil since 2022. iScoil is a non-profit online learning service offering young people an alternative pathway to learning accreditation and progress.
