Interim Head of Lifelong Learning and Skills, Irish Universities Association

Grace Edge is Interim Head of Lifelong Learning and Skills at the Irish Universities Association (IUA), where she leads the sector’s work on lifelong learning, workforce development and skills policy across Ireland’s seven universities. She works with government, enterprise, higher education leaders and wider stakeholders to help shape the policy, funding and institutional conditions that enable universities to respond at scale to changing learner, workforce and societal needs.

Grace has led several major national initiatives spanning widening participation and lifelong learning. She is currently leading the first sector-wide mapping of university lifelong learning in Ireland, helping to inform future policy and system development.
