Claire Doody

Claire Doody is the founder of Work In Motion, where she helps organisations build the human capacity to navigate uncertainty and change. A former Director of Learning & Development at Twitter, she partners with organisations including Unilever, McDonalds and Brown-Forman to help people adapt in increasingly complex environments. Claire is also the co-founder and lead facilitator of Udemy’s Leaders Lab, a peer learning experience that brings senior learning leaders together to explore the future of learning. 

In this keynote, Claire will explore why the future of learning depends not just on building new skills, but on expanding the human capacity for judgement, creativity and value creation in an AI-enabled world.
