Patrick Ward

Patrick Ward is the founder of Aitheria Partners, where he helps company leaders understand AI and digital technologies within the context of their business strategy and adapt their business models for the digital age. Drawing on his experience as former Director of Microsoft’s IoT Partner Team for EMEA, Patrick brings technical expertise and global perspective to his consulting work.

Patrick is a part-time Lecturer at UCD Smurfit Business School, where he teaches business strategy-led digital and AI transformation. He serves as a Director with the Edge AI Foundation, a global non-profit that brings together companies and academia to run AI models on the devices that surround us. He has presented at industry events worldwide, from Sydney to Seattle.

A Dublin native, Patrick holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Technological University Dublin and an MBA from UCD Smurfit Business School.
