The Work Ready Graduate programme connects employers with a graduate to support focused learning-tech projects in their organisation, guided by Learnovate mentorship and supported through Enterprise Ireland co-funding.
The Learnovate Work Ready Graduate Programme aims to tackle the challenge of recruiting individuals in research, development and innovation.
Graduates participate in a year-long work placement hosted by a Learnovate Member company and supported by the Learnovate team.
During the year the graduate will work in the company on a project focused on, or involving, a learning technology solution supporting the end user in either a corporate learning or a formal education environment.
Host a graduate specialising in learning technologies, UX, instructional design or software development—supported and mentored by Learnovate.
The graduate works on a meaningful project tailored to your company’s objectives in corporate or formal learning systems.
Includes business skills training, one-to-one mentoring from our senior researchers, a learning ecosystem, plus a laptop.
The programme is co-funded by Enterprise Ireland (50–70%, depending on your organisation’s size). Hosts cover the remaining 30–50%.
Approximately half of participants have been hired by their host organisations as full‑time employees.
