Work Ready Graduate Programme
The Learnovate Work Ready Graduate programme connects employers with a graduate to support focused learning-tech projects in their organisation, guided by Learnovate mentorship and supported through Enterprise Ireland co-funding.
Supercharge your innovation
Bring a motivated, skilled graduate into your team – co-funded by Enterprise Ireland.
The Learnovate Work Ready Graduate Programme aims to tackle the challenge of recruiting individuals in research, development and innovation. Graduates participate in a year-long work placement hosted by a Learnovate Member company and supported by the Learnovate team.
During the year the graduate will work in the company on a project focused on, or involving, a learning technology solution supporting the end user in either a corporate learning or a formal education environment.
