How it works
- Check eligibility: Companies should be or become a Learnovate member and be an Enterprise Ireland or LEO client.
- Submit interest: Complete the form below to register your interest.
- We manage recruitment: We source candidates from universities, shortlist, conduct interviews, and find the best fit for your organisation.
- Onboarding: We handle contracts; We provide ongoing skills training and mentorship throughout the year; you provide supervision and project scope.
- Programme execution: Graduate completes the 12‑month placement with full support.
- Post‑programme opportunities: Consider hiring your graduate after successful completion.
