Personalised AI Coaching – Talent Manager JTBD Report

This report outlines the findings of a Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) workshop conducted by Learnovate to explore how Generative AI can enhance personalised coaching. Focusing on the persona of Laura, a Talent/Leadership Development Manager, the workshop identified her functional, emotional, and social needs in implementing AI-supported coaching initiatives. While Laura sees promise in AI for improving coaching outcomes and employee engagement, concerns around ethics, data governance, and AI literacy remain. The report recommends further research into hybrid coaching models, a follow-up workshop focused on coach practitioners, and validation through interviews to inform a pathway for AI-human coaching solutions.
