Cleo McCormack is the Global Head of Organisational Development at Version 1. She has a successful career spanning leadership development, culture, and change management, and has built inclusive, high-performing teams in major companies across global tech environments.

With a background in executive coaching, organisational behaviour, and transformation, Cleo empowers leaders to become the inspirational and effective driving force of the organisation. Most recently, she has been designing and leading programmes for leadership teams that balance AI-driven innovation with emotional intelligence (EQ), ensuring ethical, people-centric growth.

As a certified executive coach and mindfulness practitioner, she champions well-being, diversity, equity, and belonging in the workplace. Cleo is highly passionate about shaping sustainable, future-ready organisations where human wisdom and AI work together in harmony. She is currently leading the enterprise-wide training for Version 1’s drive to become fully AI Native.
