Sharon Claffey Kaliouby co-founded #WomenInLearning, an initiative dedicated to promoting women in learning and leadership, championing gender equity, and fostering inclusive professional environments. With a deliberate career spanning both the vendor and practitioner sides of HR and Learning & Development, Sharon has led strategic innovation in the evolving HRTech space.

As Chief Strategy Officer at the Armada Learning Network, she fostered collaboration among HRTech companies to open new markets, enhance employee experiences, and drive business outcomes. At Realtime Recruitment, she launched the first US office, introducing a ‘Talent as a Service’ (TAAS) approach that boosted client satisfaction and revenue.

Her roles as VP of Strategic Alliances at Learning Pool and senior L&D leadership at State Street Global Advisors and Thomson Reuters highlight her expertise in global learning, digital transformation, and leadership development.

A recognized industry speaker, creator of #hangten vlogs and #speakeasy meetups, Sharon has earned awards including Corinium CLO Top 50 L&D Leaders and the LPI Learning Professional of the Year and is a two-time USFA National gold medal women’s sabre fencing team member.
