Learning Signals Survey

The annual Learning Signals Report is designed to capture the priorities, challenges, and opportunities shaping the world of learning. Each year, the survey draws responses from learning and development professionals, HR leaders, educators in schools and higher education, and edtech founders and innovators. Together, these groups offer a unique cross-sector view highlighting common challenges across contexts including learning at work, school, university and at home. The report presents a valuable snapshot of where the learning profession is today, and where it is heading.

Funded by Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland, we are an industry-led research centre focused on the future of work and learning in Trinity College Dublin. Our mission is to help organisations unlock the transformative power of learning through applied research, innovative practice, and the smart use of technology. The Learning Signals Survey is one of the ways we bring together insights from across industry, education, and technology to inform strategy and decision-making in the fast-changing learning landscape.
