Perform – Workshop report

This document presents a new Learnovate core project examining the field of performance management in the workplace. This is one of the first projects to follow the newly defined Learnovate process for core project development. This project has been defined as a Learnovate Labs focused core project. This means the project has a more short-term commercial focus when compared to research-driven core projects which will typically be longer-term in scope.
