PersonalisationThe core focus of one of Learnovate’s research pillars ‘Accelerated Digital Transformation’ is to support the approaches, technologies, and best practices associated with remote working and learning. Accelerated Digital TransformationThe core focus of one of Learnovate’s research pillars ‘The Learner in the Future of Work’ is to support the learner to engage with learning and to help motivate the learner throughout the experience, whether in a hybrid or fully online environment. In this regard we also address some of the challenges relating to wellbeing and how we can develop learners and organisations that thrive, as well as how to develop learning as a culture within an organisation. In addressing the Future of Work we look at innovative approaches and technologies to address the current and future challenges.
