Over the course of the last two decades, there has been a global movement towards approaches to teaching and learning that create more inclusive school environments, with the aim of meeting the needs of diverse learners. One such approach is known as Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
The Online Learning Summit, hosted by the University of Leeds, was a hybrid event, with attendees in person and online via the vFairs event platform, which streamed all presentations and panel discussions via Zoom and provided virtual attendees an opportunity to participate using a dedicated chat function for each session.
