Michelle Olmstead, as Chief Innovation and Enterprise Officer at Trinity College Dublin, holds strategic oversight of innovation and enterprise strategy, aligning with research and education. She provides the college and partners with the freedom to innovate and create new initiatives, in a sustainable manner with integrity of purpose. She utilises research in science and business methods for innovation, enterprise, growth and improvement. This allows for transforming people and organisations, through the design of unique developments, impactful learning solutions, innovation and knowledge exchange. Michelle has extensive experience at the executive level in research Universities including, Colorado State University, Global Campus, Oxford University (Press), and Leiden University before joining Trinity. She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence and Master of Business Administration.
