We are delighted to introduce our very special guest speaker Bob Mosher, a senior partner and the Chief Learning Evangelist at The 5 Moments of Need™, an organisation that specialises in helping learning professionals design, develop, and measure effective learning and performance support through the 5 Moments design methodology.
Bob has been an active and influential leader in the learning and training industry for over 30 years, has won two lifetime achievement awards and is renowned worldwide for his pioneering role in new approaches to learning.
There have been some remarkable design insights since COVID entered our lives. L&D teams did herculean things in migrating face-to-face classrooms to Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT). Bob will examine how we can take the best practices and lessons learned from this work and emerge a stronger partner on the learning and performance journey.
After Bob’s presentation Linda Waters from Learnovate, our MC for this event, will chair the panel discussion which will feature L&D experts from a range of industries who will dissect this highly relevant topic and answer audience questions.

Pauline is the Digital Learning Experience Lead at Primark and a member of Learnovate. She is currently leading the digital transformation of learning and overseeing the development of digital learning experiences for its 65k+ employees.
Prior to Primark, she has worked in Novartis managing learning projects and in Indeed where she contributed to the digitalisation of their sales learning offering.
John Kilroy | Flex Labs
John is CEO and Founder of Flex Labs. Flex Labs mission is to help learning professionals advance their career in digital learning through accredited online courses and innovative instructional design tools.
John has over 20 years L&D experience across a wide variety of industries including technology, financial services, utilities and public sector, education, pharmaceuticals and healthcare as well as FMCG and professional services.
Isle White | Learnovate
As a Corporate Learning Researcher, Ilse spent 15 years in Google before moving to Learnovate. She has extensive experience in learning design, learning strategy, program management and technology-enhanced learning across a wide range of topics such as onboarding and management/leadership development.

Linda Waters | Learnovate
Our host Linda brings over 20 years’ experience in sales strategy, business development and strategic partnerships to her role as Senior Business Development Manager. Linda’s primary drivers revolve around the ability to support customers, recognise efficient process orientation and effectively resolve issues and obstacles for clients. She is responsible for contributing to the Centre’s growth strategy, overseeing business partnerships and increasing offerings to existing and new clients.
