Link & Learn – Business Value of L&D Webinar

15th April 2021 1pm – 2pm

We look forward to welcoming you to the second session this year in the Learnovate Link & Learn Professional Series 2021 which takes place on 15th April from 1 pm to 2pm.

Peter Gillis, the Innovation Services Team Lead in Learnovate, will take us through a four-stage measurement model of the business value of L&D. Demonstrating the business value of learning and development initiatives is a major challenge for L&D leaders, both globally and historically. Historically most models have been too cumbersome or time-consuming for L&D to adopt however Learnovate have taken on this challenge.

During this Link & Learn webinar Peter will share the findings from this two-year research project, including the development of an initial model, co-creating a working model with industry and ongoing development of a technology prototype. The model looks at four stages — Plan, Explore, Analyse and Share — that L&D leaders can apply to show the business value resulting from their efforts.

Through this Link & Learn webinar we aim to help attendees identify genuine business needs and transform those needs into a plan with strong predictions of business value. Other take aways will include being able to identify valuable messages and how to share them with the business as well as carrying out analyses to support your plan.

Join our Link & Learn webinar to learn how to adopt this model and move L&D toward the position of strategic partner to your organisation.
