Dhruv Solanki

Dhruv joined the team in 2023 to work on an existing Enterprise Ireland funded Commercialisation Fund – IntergrityIQ which provides an AI-driven platform for Ethics Officers to manage organisational integrity through assessment and personalised training, dynamically generated using a proprietary database of Ethical Dilemmas and Learner Profiles.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Analytics from University of Galway. Prior to joining Learnovate team in 2023, he gained extensive experience as a Senior Software Developer, contributing significantly to projects in the IT industry. He is recognized for his proficiency in various programming languages, including Java, Python, and others. His background in data analytics, coupled with his hands-on experience in the field, aligns well with the multidisciplinary nature of data analytics and the emerging trends in technology.

In addition, he also conducted extensive research on ‘Federated Machine Learning on Human activity recognition,’ showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements and contributing to cutting-edge developments in the field.
