Enterprise Ireland Innovation Vouchers

Enterprise Ireland Innovation Vouchers are a source of funding for SMEs to finance an initial €10K project. Your company pays only the VAT for the project (€2,300) and any intellectual property created during the project is owned by your company.

Innovation Partnerships

Enterprise Ireland’s Innovation Partnership Programme encourages Irish-based companies to access the expertise and resources of universities to develop new and improved products, processes and services. Innovation Partnerships cover up to 80 per cent of project costs. Intellectual property created through the project will be owned by Learnovate with the applicant company guaranteed a licence to the technology, agreed upfront.

Commercialisation Funding

The Commercialisation Fund supports third-level researchers to transform their innovative ideas into commercially viable products, services and companies. The fund is available to higher education institutions and non-profit research performing organisations in Ireland.

Researchers can initially apply for a grant of €15,000 to access an independent industry expert to undertake a feasibility study that includes a market opportunity assessment and paths to commercialisation. Researchers can then apply for significant funding to go on and develop, build and validate their innovation.
