Alan is a dedicated Learning & Development professional who has worked in a variety of industries for over 24 years including Brewing, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Financial Services. During this time Alan has worked with Guinness, Leo Labs, Bristol Myers Squibb, Wyeth, Pfizer and BNY Mellon

Over the course of his career Alan has primarily focused on the design and implementation of best in class learning Organisations. He supported two major pharmaceutical/ Biotech start up’s achieving successful implementation of world class learning organisations and associate processes and systems.

More recently Alan joined BNY Mellon to support the formation of their Corporate University BKU. Alan leads the global learning operations team with responsibility for learning technology, learning analytics, central facilitation, curriculum effectiveness and Instructional Design.
