If the past 18 months has taught us anything it is the importance of nurturing our employees’ wellbeing and how this can impact on their overall experience of work, including their learning. Ilse While will discuss Learnovate research into employee and learner wellbeing; what are some of the key challenges and what does the research tell us? Janet Benson will then discuss the importance of remote collaboration; why facilitating this type of experience helps, not only with learning, but with learners’ feelings of isolation and associated engagement and motivation.
