Nessa McNiff

Nessa believes in the power of learning to change lives and has had a long and varied career in learning technology. Starting out as a programmer, she has worked almost exclusively in the EdTech sector, including roles such as COO of Touch Press (StoryToys) and VP of Program Management & Strategic Initiatives at HMH, culminating in her role as Centre Director of Learnovate. 

She has always held a leadership role with a passion for diversity in the workplace and was involved in a women in leadership programme 15 years before they became as popular as they are now. She holds an MSc in Innovation & Technology Management from Smurfit Business School in UCD.
