Training the Healthcare Professional of the Future: The Pepreco Project
Genetic profiling has been identified as a major growth area in healthcare. PEPRECO will develop training for a new kind of professional, called a Personalised Prevention Counsellor, a health coach who can help clients with decisions involved in commercial preventive genetic testing.
Kelly’s talk with Learnovate’s Janet Benson will cover the scope of the project and the innovation methodologies we used to ensure the needs of our learners are being addressed through the PEPRECO course.
