Celine Mullins

CEO and Founder, Adaptas

Dr. Celine Mullins is the CEO and Founder of Adaptas, a Leadership Development Training organisation, developing managers and leaders and teams, in Ireland and Internationally.

Celine and her team have also created a cutting-edge Virtual Reality experience, called ‘Immersive Sales Star’, which is being used at FBD Insurance to train their new staff. This won the ‘Excellence in Digital Learning’ award with the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD) in early 2019.

Celine’s book ‘Our Learning Brain’ was published by Oak Tree Press In 2018. The second book in this ‘Maximising Brain Potential’ series, is entitled ‘Developing Learning Addicts’ and will be published in October 2019. This series of short books has been created to help people understand how to make more use of their brain when learning and changing habits.

Celine’s next book ‘The Ignited Leader’ will be published in 2020.

Celine will lead the audience through a 7-step process which helps learners use their brain more effectively when learning new skills and/ or creating new habits. Audience members are strongly advised to bring something to write on and with.
