Siobhan has had an extensive 20+ years career in Executive education, formerly with the Irish Management Institute as Commercial Director and faculty and is now an Honorary Member. Previously she worked in commercial roles in Glanbia plc in the UK and France. Siobhan has lectured in the areas of Marketing strategy, laterally on the University of Dublin, Trinity College MBA. She has a keen interest in SME leadership development, developing coaching teams to support the learning of programmes such as Enterprise Ireland’s flagship Leadership 4 Growth and Innovation 4 Growth. As a qualified coach, she is an advocate for life- long learning and continuous personal development. She has also worked on the area of capability assessment and skills development designing and managing the Spotlight on Skills Programme for Enterprise Ireland. She has a passion for female leadership development and supports the work of the 30% Club, instigating the Mentor Network Programme in Ireland at its outset. She holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Hult Executive Education, a BA (Hons) and MA from the University of Ulster, Maitrise d’echanges Internationaux from the University of Caen in France and has participated in Executive education programmes in INSEAD, Judge School of Business at Cambridge University and MIT, Boston USA.
