Director, Learning & Development, LinkedIn
Jonathan has worked for LinkedIn at their international HQ since September 2014. He started as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant and is now Director of Learning & Development working predominantly throughout the EMEA and LATAM regions.
Jonathan’s work is predominantly working on the design and delivery of in-person and virtual training programmes for leaders, managers and individual contributors in response to business and strategic priorities. He also acts as an internal consultant to the EMEA and LATAM sales organisation, supporting leaders around such initiatives as leading change, team development, career and personal development and team coaching.
Prior to joining LinkedIn, Jonathan had his own HR consulting, training and coaching businesses in both Sydney, Australia and Dublin, Ireland. He was also Learning & Development Manager for O2 Telecommunications (now 3 Ireland) and previously had Human Capital consulting roles with Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) and PwC Management Consulting.
Future Ready Skills
Jonathan joins a panel at Learnovation with Wendy van Tol, PwC and Alec Serlie, Erasmus University to discuss future ready skills for high performance organisations. The panel is chaired by Sinead Heneghan, CEO of the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
