Educraftor is a Finnish innovation agency focused on building and scaling purpose-driven learning ecosystems around the world. With 20+ years of experience driving innovation ecosystem development within the education sector, we have a sound foundation for facilitating stakeholder collaboration, to transform the culture of learning, innovation, entrepreneurship, and education within the regions we work in. 

Our growing team has deep expertise in education, edtech, and team coaching, and we speak at conferences and events across Europe regularly, especially related to digital and education system transformation. 

We have developed and managed local and regional development projects and management systems for large-scale organisations, developed as well as run national and international programmes, projects, and organisational transformation initiatives. 

Our company has been working with Unesco, the European Commission, and the Finnish and Estonian Ministries of Education. The Finnish National Agency for Education, as well as the EU (through Erasmus+ projects), have funded several of our development and innovation in education projects.
