She is an expert in skills strategy and organisational development, regularly contributing at key industry events, and she is a Certified Integral Facilitator and a Certified Polarity Practitioner. Before this, Claire was Director of Learning and Global How We Work Lead at Twitter and she’s held numerous roles in L+D, digital transformation and customer education.
