Christy Flis

Christy Flis has been with Zoom 7+ years and is Head of Global Education & Head of Women at Zoom. After building the education vertical, as well as leading success in Higher Education in the US/Canada, Christy now brings her expertise to lead education expansion across the globe. 

She has a BA in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara as well as a Theatre Arts degree in writing, acting and directing from SBCC. Her early studies also included Anthropology, Political Science: International Relations, Global Studies, Italian Studies, and Dance. 

Prior to Zoom, Christy was a leader in the space at lynda.com and has vast experience in the retail market. She has also held positions at the Santa Barbara History Museum and an internship at the Santa Maria Della Scala Museum. 

Outside of work, she loves to spend time at the beach with her pup, express her creative side in the arts, and practice yoga, while continuing to study and learn the latest in psychology and wellness.
