Lindsey is Learning Pool’s Head of Innovation and leads Learning Pool Labs, their evidence-based research and ideas hub that seeks to create innovative learning products and maximise the potential of people and their organisations.

Prior to this Lindsey managed Learning Pool’s bespoke and off-the-shelf e-learning production teams. With a strong background in learning design, honed in a variety of industries, she has a deep understanding of how people learn and now brings this expertise to product development striving to ensure that Learning Pool are creating products that really impact the learning process.
